I could see it, hear it, feel it, and empathize with their struggle. At times, I felt a lack of confidence, doubt, and fear around failure, on and on over the years. These sometimes even showed up in disguise…tricking me into thinking it was just procrastination, perfectionism, or the feeling of being an imposter. I have discovered I was undercharging and not valuing my true worth. I was procrastinating because of fear of judgment and failure. I was hiding and holding back my authentic voice. All of this is not limited to a boundary of my business either. It had spilled over into my personal life, in my relationship, my people-pleasing obsession, putting myself last, not speaking my truth, resolved to settle for mediocre. I was the good girl, the quiet one, the hidden one.

You know how you can draw a line in the sand, and you know exactly when your life changed forever. For me, it was the UPW event of Tony Robbins. Everything changed during and after this event; the spark was ignited…the journey had begun, and I would never be the same. I had started shedding the old layer, peel back the onion, and busting through my own limiting beliefs.

I hired my first coach, and we worked together to discover my limiting beliefs, the ones I had stored away, cemented into my being, from childhood, from my parents, teachers, and siblings. Then I began learning tools to shift those old beliefs that had held me back. Simultaneously, I started a spiritual practice of forgiveness, gratitude, and mindfulness, connecting to my intuition, guides, and higher power.

I continued on a 4-year journey of intensive training, workshops, spiritual retreats, coaching, and certifications. Then, I launched Brilliance Factor, a coaching program specializing in helping heart-centered, mission-driven women build to grow their businesses. I center my coaching around recognizing and removing the limiting beliefs that can block success, then create a new empowering story, and learn tools to help you to to help you have a wildly successful business that you LOVE. A little secret… this work is powerful not only in business but also in personal relationships, happiness, and fulfillment.
